Behka’s Enquiring Minds: Panhandlers [SURVEY]

Unfortunately, we see more and more people who are struggling to get by.  Some of them need help and don't ask for it, and some of them ask for help. But it can be hard sometimes to tell if the person really needs help or is just asking for a handout.

A woman in Oklahoma City saw an old lady sitting in a brand new car the other day . . . and realized it was the same woman who PANHANDLES in the area, and claims she doesn't have enough money for FOOD.

So she started recording her.  And right when she did, some guy recognized her too . . . and started SCREAMING at her for taking advantage of people.

He said he works hard every day, and skipped LUNCH once so he could give her four dollars.  And if he sees her car again, he'll bust a WINDOW.  Here's the video, but keep in mind it's NSFW because there's some swears.

So what do you think?  We've seen some people from time to time asking for money or food on the side of the road or at an intersection.  Do you give money to panhandlers?  If you do or don't, why?  What about that video - how would you react if you were in that situation?  Let me know what you think and I'll share your answers on the air!
