Behka’s Secret Stash: Junior Senior

Kids, be aware:  this band is from Europe.

They're a duo out of Denmark that do some very catchy songs, and you've probably heard something or other of theirs in the background at a football game or other sporting event.  Today, I'm choosing a track that was a single off their last album, 'Hey Hey My My Yo Yo.'  You know you're in for a treat with an album named something that silly.

This video reminds me a lot of the video for "Genius of Love", you know, the old Tom Tom Club song.

It's got a similar fun animated vibe, and kind of silly in its lyric presentation.  But it's also catchy as all get out!  And, on the Junior Senior track, you might recognize the female voices - they're the girls from The B-52's.
