Bothwell Azan Clinic Staff Moving to New Location

Due to Dr. Ken Azan’s retirement at the end of December, Nurse Practitioner Leah Hermanson and other clinic staff will provide care at a new location in 2024.

Bothwell Azan Clinic will be closed Jan. 2 and 3, and clinic staff will resume care at Bothwell Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Specialists at 2301 South Ingram on Jan. 4.
