Boys & Girls Clubs of West Central Missouri received a nearly $16,000 grant from the Taco Bell Foundation to support academic success programs at The CLUB, serving fifth through eighth grade students.

Funds will go to a variety of academic programs including Power Hour homework help, robotics, coding for the future and other programs that educate and inspire the next generation of leaders.

“The Taco Bell Foundation grant will help us provide educational experiences for our tweens and teens, along with needed school supplies during the school year,” said CLUB Site Director Ryan Willoughby. “We’re so thankful we’ve been provided with this opportunity.”

“We’re thankful for the generous support of the Taco Bell Foundation that allows us to pride important academic enrichment programs to our older members,” said Director of Operations Tyler Hudson.

Boys & Girls Clubs of West Central Missouri is one of more than 400 youth-serving organizations that will receive a portion of the $10 million in grants presented by the Taco Bell Foundation this year. These grants are an example of the Taco Bell Foundation’s mission to fuel young people’s boldest ambitions.
