If you need help with supplies for your kids heading back to school and live in Pettis County, C.A.C.T.U.S, Community and Children Teaming Up 4 Success, can help. The organization has set it's backpack distribution days for Monday August 10 and Tuesday August 11.

There is no need to sign up or pre register to get school supplies from C.A.C.T.U.S. this year. All parents need to do is fill out a registration form and bring it with you when you're picking up supplies. You can download and print the registration form here. If you don't have a way to print the form you can get one from the following agencies: Open Door, Salvation Army, Pettis County Community Health Center (WIC), and Missouri Valley Community Action Agency.

You'll bring your completed form to the drive through pick up event behind Convention Hall in Liberty Park at your assigned time (based on the parent's last name) that is listed on the registration form..

Because of the coronavirus pandemic this year C.A.C.T.U.S. has had a lot of fundraisers cancelled and they thank The United Way for their allocation of $4,101.25.

You can help C.A.C.T.U.S. through volunteering, donating supplies or giving the group a monetary gift. For more information on donating your time, supplies or cash you can click here.
