Court Cases Resolved In Pettis County Circuit Court

Below is a sampling of cases that were resolved in the Circuit Court of Pettis County from May 3 to May 17, 2021.

Alexandria M. Bates: age 36, Lincoln, MO was sentenced to 3 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine. Ms. Bates was sentenced to an additional 3 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after her probation was revoked.

Sandra M. Boals: age 57, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine. Ms. Boals was sentenced to an additional 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after her probation was revoked.

Timothy Bryan Duncan: age 57, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 7 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two counts Driving While Intoxicated.

Kristian D. Elley: age 42, Lebanon, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Stealing.

Brandon W. Hall: age 35 Green Ridge, MO was sentenced to 3 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Burglary in the Second Degree.

Joshua M. Larsen: age 27, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 10 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for two counts of Attempted Robbery.

Jeffrey R. Miller: age 56, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 15, 15, 10 and 10 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on four different matters (2 counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and two counts Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine).

Paul Relle: age 43, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to three 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on three separate matters (two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and one count Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine).

Donovan Lee Sims: age 43, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to four 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Revenue on four counts of Driving While Revoked. Mr. Sims was sentenced to an additional 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked

Dale Turley: age 52, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 5 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and Stealing.

Deandre K. Williams: age 29, Sedalia, Mo was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-MDMA or Ecstasy. In addition, Mr. Williams was sentenced to two 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Timothy Lee Davis: age 44, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation is revoked.

Adam Shephard: age 32, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Burglary in the Second Degree.

Thomas Dale Holland: age 36, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 7 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Statutory Sodomy.

Pamela S. Hoskins: age 59, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 7 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine. Ms. Hoskins was sentenced to an additional 7 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after her probation was revoked.

Alexander F. Morris: age 41, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Daniel Fernandez: age 27, Kansas City, MO was sentenced to consecutive 8 and 1 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Voluntary Manslaughter and Kidnapping.
