Disturbance Leads To Arrest Of Sedalia Man

Sedalia Police were dispatched to the 1000 block of South Murray Avenue Saturday night in reference to a disturbance.

During the course of the investigation, it was determined there was a full order of protection in place. The male was arrested.

Felipe Efigenio, 65, of Sedalia, was arrested for Violation of a Full Order of Protection. Efigenio was transported to the Pettis County Jail to be placed on a 24-hour hold.

Efigenio was arrested again Monday after police received a complaint from the female that he was at her residence, even though there was a full order of protection prohibiting him from being there. Efigenio was again transported to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
