Sedalia Police observed a truck driving at a high rate of speed that was failing to maintain its lane on Broadway Boulevard last Sunday morning (12/19/21).

Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle on East Broadway Boulevard near South Summit Avenue. During the course of the investigation, it was determined the driver was intoxicated.

The driver was transported to the Sedalia Police Department, where he provided a breath sample that showed his BAC was above 0.08.

Mark S. Conley, 47, of Otterville, was transported to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.

A request for the charge of Driving While Suspended (Persistent Offender) has been submitted to the prosecutor.
