On Dec. 28, Sedalia conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle they observed failing to maintain its lane.

During the course of the investigation, it was determined the driver's license was suspended and the driver was intoxicated.

Ryan Neal Warden, 40, of Sedalia, was arrested and transported to the Sedalia Police Department where he provided a breath sample that showed his BAC to be above 0.08.

Warden was transported to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.

A request for the charges of DWI (Persistent Offender) and DWS has been submitted to the prosecutor.
