According to the MSHP, a northbound 2009 Ford driven by 22-year-old Hunter K. Jones of Cole Camp, crossed the center line on Route B, one quarter mile south of Deer Run in Benton County at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, April 13, and collided nearly head-on with a southbound 2005 Buick driven by 45-year-old Rachel R. Jones suffered serious injuries and was flown to University Hospital by Life Flight, as did a passenger in the Buick, 22-year-old Anna M. Roberts of Lincoln. Neither were wearing a safety device, according to the report.

Rachel Wienberg and one of her occupants, Alyssa K. Wienberg, 21, suffered minor injuries and were transported by ambulance to Bothwell Regional Health Center. Both of them were wearing a safety device.
