Four teenagers were injured in a one-vehicle accident that occurred Monday evening in Saline County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a westbound 2002 GMC, driven by a 17-year-old male from Slater, was at 30774 320th Road at 7:16 p.m., when he lost control on the gravel road, overcorrected and overturned, coming to rest in the embankment.

The driver, as well as three occupants, a 15-year-old male, a 16-year-old female and a 17-year-old male, all of Slater, suffered minor injuries, and were all transported by Slater EMS to Fitzgibbon Hospital for treatment. All were wearing their seat belt, according to the report.

The GMC was totaled.

Saline County Deputies assisted the Patrol at the scene.
