Looking for something to get you into the Halloween spirit? Warrensburg Main Street may have just the even for you later this month. It's the Haunted Historic Walk through Warrensburg on Saturday October 24, followed by Haunted Historic Quiz night.

According to the Facebook event page Warrensburg's Haunted Historic Walk will start at the Old Drum statue where Joe Jokubeit will perform as George Graham Vest and deliver Vest's "Eulogy for a Dog". After that there will be guided tours around the downtown area where you'll learn about important historical buildings and locations in Warrensburg. The tour will wind up at Old Barney's where Warrensburg Main Street will be holding their first ever Haunted Historic Quiz Night.

Guided tours for the Haunted Historic Walk will depart every ten minutes and groups will be limited to 15 people or less. You can watch the Haunted Historic Walk Facebook event page for more information and a sign up sheet to reserve your space for the walk. The Haunted Historic Walk is free.

A lot of the answers for Haunted Historic Quiz Night will be reveled on the Haunted Historic Walk, but you don't have to walk to participate in the Haunted Historic Quiz night. Admission to the Haunted Historic Quiz Night is $15 dollars a person or $80 a table. There will also be a 50/50 raffle for maintenance and preservation of the train depot.
