Homeless Man Arrested On Sexual Misconduct Charges

Sedalia Police were called to the 700 block of East Broadway on a sexual offense complaint call Monday afternoon.

The incident was investigated and found that the suspect, who was still present at the scene, committed a crime.

39-year-old Dustin L. Mcllroy, homeless, was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail.

Statements were taken as well as video from surveillance cameras.

Mcllroy was being held at the Pettis County Jail, pending the filing of formal charges of 1st degree Sexual Abuse, Sexual Misconduct Involving a Child, and 2nd degree Child Molestation.
