The names we chose for our pets were not that creative.  Really, one of the cats is named Pollux, but we've always called her Kitten.  The other ones I didn't name - Figaro and Washington.  Figaro was named after the cat in Pinocchio, and we call her Figgy or Figs. Washington was not named by any of us, and I have no idea how that came about, my friend named him.  So what are the names of your pets?  How did you and your family choose that name?
