A 50-year old Jefferson City man was arrested on Wednesday following a child pornography investigation.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol’s Division of Drug and Crime Control says that Dana P. Cline was arrested for promoting and possession of child pornography.

The arrest stems from an investigation conducted by members of the Division of Drug and Crime Control’s Digital Forensics Investigative Unit. The Patrol was assisted by the Jefferson City Police Department.

On Wednesday (June 27), investigators say a search warrant was executed at Cline’s residence on Ridgeway Drive in Jefferson City.
