La Monte Man Arrested for DWI After Pettis County Crash

A La Monte man was arrested for DWI after he crashed his Camry in Pettis County Sunday afternoon.

33-year-old Igor I.Sarioglo of La Monte was the driver of a northbound 2004 Toyota Camry on Quisenberry Road, south of Route Y at 3:15 p.m. when the driver failed to negotiate a curve and traveled off the left side of the roadway, then the right side. The vehicle then struck several trees before coming to rest.

Sarioglo suffered minor injuries and was transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center for medical treatment, then to the Pettis County Jail at 4:31, where he was charged with driving while intoxicated, felony driving while revoked, and failure to drive on the right side of the roadway.

Pettis County deputies assisted the Patrol at the scene.

The Camry had extensive damage and was towed by InMotion.
