A Missouri woman was killed in a two-vehicle crash that occurred in Osage County Tuesday morning.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a southbound 2016 Chevy Equinox driven by 22-year-old Lacey P. Clark of Bland, Missouri, crossed the center line on US 63 south of US 50 at 7:55 a.m., and struck a northbound 2004 Chevy Suburban head-on driven by 44-year-old Regina A. Troesser of Bonnotts Mill, Missouri.

Troesser was pronounced dead at the scene by Coroner Michael Bonham at 9:17 a.m. The body was taken to Morton Funeral Home in Linn.

Clark suffered serious injuries and was air lifted to University Hospital in Columbia.

Both vehicles were totaled.

A total of seven Troopers were at the scene, assisted by a park ranger.
