For the past few years or so, there's been a cool little event happening at the Fox Theater. I had my wedding there, it was pretty nice.  Anyway, they do Mother and Son dances.  Every year they do a different theme.  They've done  night in candy land, saddle up (like a country theme), disco,  you get it.  It's a theme so you guys can get dressed up and add to the fun with a little costume or something.

This year's theme is The Roaring Twenties.  So I expect we'll see a lot of cute outfits. They haven't said much about what else is going on at the event, but in the past they've had crafts and face painting, games, photographers, the usual party stuff.  I can't imagine they wouldn't do something similar, or they might add on to it.

It's for Moms and their sons to have a little fun together! Although I imagine it would be okay if a cousin or an Aunt took their little guy. I guess you don't have to be a mother or a son to go. Maybe a Grandma, a big sister home from college, I don't know. I'm not here to limit anything.  I think the only requirement is that the kids are aged 5-12.  So it's not for super little ones.

It's gonna be on April 25th from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the Fox Theater, downtown.  Tickets go on sale on March 23 at Heber Hunt Elementary and Vincent's Apparel. It's  $30 for a couple and $10 for each additional child ticket.  So if you have two or three  boys who wanna go, they can.

They have a Facebook page you can message if you need more information.

Dancingly yours,
Behka
