MSHP Arrest Reports for April 26, 2022

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 34-year-old Jonathan A. Terry of Sedalia at 2:09 p.m. Monday in Johnson County. He was charged with driving while intoxicated. Terry was taken to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 28-year-old Devon B. Grammer of Clinton at 3:44 p.m. Sunday in Pettis County, She was wanted on three misdemeanor warrants out of Moniteau County and one Henry County warrant. She also had no valid driver's license (2nd offense). Grammer was taken to the Pettis County Jail.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 51-year-old Eric A. Miller of Sedalia at 1:19 p.m. Sunday in Pettis County. He was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance. Miller was taken to the Pettis County Jail for a 24-hour hold.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 25-year-old Erica G. Bayless of Clinton at 1:12 a.m. Sunday in Johnson County. Bayless was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and careless and imprudent driving. Bayless was taken to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
