MSHP Arrest Reports for February 25, 2024

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 26-year-old Blaine A. Winkler of Windsor at 11:49 p.m.Saturday in Pettis County. He now faces charges of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. Winkler was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 28-year-old Jacob A. Frerking of Concordia at 10:57 p.m. Saturday in Lafayette County. He now faces a charge of driving while intoxicated. Frerking was taken to the Concordia Police Department, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 47-year-old Dustin M. Schmidt of Sedalia at 10:37 p.m. Friday in Pettis County. He now faces charges of driving while intoxicated and failure to yield. Schmidt was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 45-year-old Felipe Granado of Marshall at 11 a.m. Friday in Saline County. He was suspected of felony driving while suspended or revoked. Granado was taken to the Saline County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 38-year-old John H. Dunham of Sedalia at 4:22 p.m. Thursday in Pettis County. He now faces a misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest. Dunham was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.
