The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 58-year-old Loren D. Brookman of Houstonia at 11:13 a.m., Monday in Pettis County. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. Brookman was released on scene.


 

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 45-year-old Philip J,. Franklin of Marshall at 10:34 a.m., in Saline County. He was wanted on a felony warrant out of Saline County. Franklin was taken to the Saline County Jail.


 

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 22-year-old Michael J. Hertel of Cole Camp at 1:13 p.m., Sunday in Pettis County. He was wanted on two misdemeanor Pettis County warrants and a misdemeanor Benton County warrant. Hertel was taken to the Pettis County Jail.


 

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 24-year-old Sileper Raed of Warrensburg at 3:36 a.m., Sunday in Pettis County. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash. Raed was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.


 

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 34-year-old Kayla R. Atheron of Marshall at 9:22 p.m., Saturday in Lafayette County. She was charged with driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving resulting in an accident. Atheron was taken to the Lafayette County Jail, where she was booked and released.


 

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 45-year-old Jeffrey W. Erting of Eldon at 2 p.m. Saturday in Miller County. He was charged with felony resisting arrest, tampering with physical evidence, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and was also wanted on two Miller County felony warrants for possession of methamphetamine and a Camden County warrant for possession of meth. Erting was taken to the Miller County Jail with no bond.
