MSHP Arrests for July 22, 2022

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 68-year-old Pamela J. Price of Warsaw at 6:38 p.m. Monday in Benton County. She was charged with driving while intoxicated, and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in a crash. Price was taken to the Benton County Jail, where she was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 50-year-old Stacy L. Howell of Gilliam at 3:24 p.m. Saturday in Saline County. He was charged with driving while under the influence of drugs, and speeding. Howell was taken to the Saline County Jail. Where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 58-year-old Randy A. Waters of Warsaw at 8:31 p.m. Thursday in Benton County. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest. Waters was taken to the Benton County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 34-year-old Ricardo Escamilla Rangel of California at 6:19 p.m. Wednesday in Miller County. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in an accident. Rangel was taken to the Miller County Jail.
