North Poll Express Helps Kids Get Gifts for Their Parents

New Hope Baptist Church in Sedalia has a free event coming up that will help  younger kids get Christmas presents for their parents or guardians. The event is called The North Poll Express, and it's happening at the church on Saturday December 7 from 9:00AM to 12:00 Noon CST.

Children in Kindergarten through fifth grade are welcome to come in and "shop" for the grown ups in their life. Each child is welcome to pick two gifts. While the kids are shopping, adults can enjoy hot coacoa and cookies.

There is no cost for your child to participate and no cost for the presents. Presents picked by your child will be wrapped as well.

This is a great way to foster the spirit of giving and thoughtfulness in your children regardless of how much money you've allocated for the holidays. And who knows, you might receive a very special gift from your child that will mean a lot to you for years to come.
