Northwest/Sacred Heart football boys got off to a good start by going on the road Monday night to Wellington-Napoleon and earning a 66-14 victory.

Offensive side: Grant Goodwin with 10 carries 178 yards and 4 touchdowns,  also 6-8 passing 113 yards with 3 passing touchdowns, Marcel Walton had 8 carries for 14 yards, and 2 touchdowns, Dane Palmer 2 carries 10 yards.

Receiving: Max Van Leer had 2 catches 43 yards 2 touchdowns. Brock Wilson had 2 catches 37 yards and 1 touchdown.  Jacob Cordia 2 catches 33 yards.
Defensively. the Mustangs were led by Grant Goodwin 10 tackles, Vlad Lopez had 9 tackles, Marcel Walton had 6 tackles, Clay Crooker and Cade Fagg had 5 each.

The Mustangs will travel to Orrick next Monday night and play at 6 p.m.
