This is a compilation of reports released by the Pettis County Sheriff's Office:

On Monday at 5:50 p.m.,, Pettis County Deputies responded to the 600 block of McVey Road for an attempt to locate a male suspect for the Sedalia Police Department. After arriving at the residence, the suspect was located and transported to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold. Charges were to be submitted by SPD.


 

On Sunday, Pettis County Deputies took a property damage report in the 4700 block of South Limit. The reporting party said that while their vehicle was in the parking lot, someone kicked the side of it, causing damage to the passenger door. The suspect was identified as Timothy L. Rife, who was located a short time later. Rife was taken into custody and placed on a 24-hour hold, pending state charges of property damage and resisting arrest.


 

On Sunday, Pettis County Deputies responded to 1890 East 28th, for a domestic disturbance in progress. Deputies arrested Michael L. Fisher on a charge of 3rd degree Domestic Assault.


 

On Sunday, Pettis County Deputies investigated a report of fraudulent use of a credit device in the 4700 block of South Limit. Investigation is ongoing.


 

On Sunday at 6:02 p.m., Pettis County Deputies responded to 3911 Highway Y for a disturbance. The reporting party told deputies she was at her mother's residence, when a person known to her arrived and got into an argument with her. She said that when the suspect went to leave the area, she attempted to run over her.


 

On Sunday, Pettis County Deputies conducted a vehicle stop on Highway 65, near Tiger Pride Boulevard, on a vehicle traveling 67 in a 40-miles-per-hour zone. The driver, identified as Irving Martin of Sedalia, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, and careless and imprudent driving.


 

On Sunday, Pettis County Deputies arrested 45-year-old Christopher L. Ford of Sedalia. He was wanted on a Pettis County probation violation. Ford was driven to the Pettis County Jail, where he was held pending a $25,000 cash or surety bond.


On Saturday at 19:40 a.m., Pettis County Deputies responded to the 27000 block of Kemp Road in Hughesville for a theft report. Taken was a Stihl Chainsaw model 661 with a 26-inch blade, and a push mower with a 22-inch blade.
