This is a compilation of reports released by the Pettis County Sheriff's Office:

On Thursday, Nov. 25, at approximately 1:50 a.m., Pettis County Deputies attempted to conducted a traffic stop near 5th and Massachusetts. But the driver, later identified as Davion C. Sparks of Sedalia, fled. Deputies advised they were in pursuit. Sparks stopped at his residence and assaulted the Deputy as Sparks was attempting to gain entry to his residence. Deputies then attempted to tase Sparks, but it had no effect on him, according to the report. Sparks continued to resist, and was eventually taken into custody. Deputies requested charges of felony driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest, 3rd degree assault on a law enforcement officer, possession of marijuana, and several traffic offenses.


 

On Thursday, Nov. 25 around 11:10 a.m., Pettis County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a car traveling 62 miles per hour in a 35 mph zone. The driver, Luis A. Arroyo of Sedalia, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner.


 

On Thursday, Nov. 25 at 10:58 p.m., the Pettis County K9 Unit observed a male subject he was familiar with and was known to have an active warrant for his arrest at 3050 South Limit. The male provided a false name to the deputy and was later identified as Pedro Ramirez, Jr. Ramirez was arrested on his warrants and transported to the Pettis County Jail. A charge of identity theft was also requested.


 

On Thursday, Nov. 25, Pettis County Deputies conducted a subject check in the Dogwoood Court area. A subject was sitting in the driver's seat of his vehicle. Nathanael A. David of Sedalia, was subsequently arrested for driving while intoxicated persistent offender and driving while revoked. David was taken to the Pettis County Jail.


 

On Wednesday, Nov. 24, Pettis County Deputies took a property damage report in the 2800 block of Monsees Drive from William Billy Sleeper, who reported that sometime overnight, someone discharged a paintball into the rear driver's window, causing the glass to shatter.
