Plan Your West Central Missouri Black Friday Shopping Trip Now

Thanksgiving will be here this week, and then we'll be into the holiday season and Black Friday. And if you've started Christmas shopping online, you already know there are details to be had online.

I don't know if the pandemic changed Black Friday forever, or if it's the Amazon effect. But it certainly seems like Black Friday's moved online.  And is already in full swing. I know that's not a new thing. It just hit me trying to find Black Friday sales for this list. And store hours for Black Friday.

Most of the big national chain stores like Walmart, Target, and Best Buy have easily findable hours on their website and a good idea of what the deals are. Yet, surprisingly some chains like JC Penny seem to be taking a very understated tone for Black Friday deals.

Heck, I called a few stores in the Sedalia area and not many of them could easily tell me if they had Thanksgiving hours or not, or when they would be opening on Black Friday. Seems like that would be something employees would know the weekend before Thanksgiving, right?
