Police Cadets Support Heber Hunt Elementary Initiative

The cadets and their fellow members of the part-time academy at State Fair Community College are sponsoring the school’s Tiger Cart for the fourth grade students; the cart offers positive reinforcements for students when they complete tasks and show positive behaviors.

Heber Hunt fourth grade teacher Emily Overstreet expressed her gratitude to the cadets for their outreach: “With all that we have faced this last school year, it is a wonderful thing to be able to give positive reinforcement where it is deserved.”
