The City of Sedalia has announced that a public hearing is scheduled for 5 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23 at the Sedalia Municipal Building, 2nd and Osage, to consider a rezoning request for a tract of land located at 2205 South Limit.

Ag-Power Inc. (John Deere Implement) was the previous tenant and moved their entire business a couple of months ago south of Sedalia to South Highway 65, just north of Flat Creek and next to Dicks' Honda.

Any interested persons or property owners are invited to attend the hearing, which will consider whether the property will be rezoned from C-3 Commercial to M-1 Light Industrial for a freight transfer facility.
