Recent Circuit Court Cases Resolved in Pettis County

Below is a sampling of cases that were resolved in the Circuit Court of Pettis County from Sept. 21 to Oct. 17:

Mondo Vance Thomas: age 41, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 10 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Trafficking Drugs in the 2nd Degree.

Jamie L. King: age 27, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 8 and 5 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Trafficking Drugs in the Second Degree-Methamphetamine and Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Jessica K. Wiseman: age 38, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 7 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Jose Alfredo Portillo-Ortega: age 43, Fulton, MO was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Receiving Stolen Property.

Willie R. Waddell: age 54, Otterville, MO was sentenced to three 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on three separate matters ( 2 count Driving While Revoked, 1 count Domestic Assault in the Second Degree and 1 count Endangering The Welfare of a Child). In addition, Mr. Waddell was sentenced to 4, 4, 4, 4 and 7 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Christopher Sanchez-Mancilla: age 26, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Alprazolam and 1 count of Unlawful Use of a Weapon).

Russell A. Wright: age 45, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Marcus Munzo: age 33, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 2 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count DWI and 1 count Driving While Revoked).

Eric B. Fisk: age 45, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Caleb W. Hinshaw: age 26, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Arson.

Chad W. Marcum: age 26, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Harassment.
