Relay For Life Lip Sync Battle Coming In April

I don't know about you, but I always enjoyed the Lip Sync Battles that Jimmy Fallon would do on the Tonight Show.It was funny! I also watched the spinoff show, with LL Cool J and Chrissy Tiegen. There's something purely amusing about people just going off the deep end and being silly like nobody's watching. So that's going to be part of the fun that is the Relay for Life again this year!

The Pettis and Johnson County Relay for Life is going to have their event on Saturday, April 22 at 6:00 p.m. at the Heckart Performing Arts Center. You need to get registered by April 14th. It only costs $10 for each participant, and there will be solo and group brackets. They've got tons of prizes up for grabs, and it only costs $1 to vote for your favorite. All the proceeds will go to the Relay for Life. Go here to read the rules and enter.

Get your songs ready - I think you will be great! The best part about this is you don't have to actually be good at singing - just good at PRETENDING to sing. I hope everybody has a lot of fun with it. Are wigs encouraged? I can just see the amazing outfits now.
