Sacred Heart Junior High Results Listed

The Sacred Heart Junior High boys "A" team (3-3, 2-2) evened their record at 3-3 with a 49-17 win over the Northwest Mustangs Tuesday night in the McGremlin Gym.

SH was led in scoring by Cash Connardy and Mason Trelow with 12 & 11 points respectively. Miles Hostetler pitched in 8 points and 8 rebounds in the win.

In "B" Team action the Grems stayed undefeated at 6-0 with a 13-2 two-quarter victory over the Mustangs. Trenton Sawyer led a balanced scoring attack with 4 points.

The boys' next action is Thursday, Jan. 12 on the road vs the Lincoln Cardinals. Game time is 5:30 pm with girls "A" & "B" games followed by boys "A" & "B" games.

The Sacred Heart Junior High boys "A" team (2-3, 1-2) improved their record to 1-2 with a 37-25 win over the Otterville Eagles on Friday night in the McGremlin Gym.

SH was led in scoring by Myles Hostetler and Cash Connardy with 12 & 8 points respectively. Hostetler also hauled down 6 rebounds in the win.

In "B" Team action the Grems stayed undefeated at 5-0 with a 8-0 one-quarter victory over the Eagles. Jaxon Twenter scored 4 points to lead the Grems.

The boys' next action is on Monday, January 9th in a home game vs the Northwest Mustangs. Game time is 5:30 pm with boys "A" action followed by 2 quarters of boys "B".

The Jr High Lady Gremlins defeated the Otterville Eagles last night by the score of 21-17. The Lady Gremlins had a double-digit lead evaporate in the 3rd quarter.

The Lady Gremlins showed a lot of grit and mental toughness to hang in there when all the momentum was headed in Otterville’s direction.

The team was led in scoring by Paisley Carl with 10 and Maggie Van Leer with 4. Addison Figge led the defensive effort with several steals.
