On Saturday morning, Jan. 1, Sedalia Police were dispatched to the 1500 block of South Harrison Avenue for a domestic disturbance.

On arrival, there was yelling and screaming coming from inside.

Officers made their way to the commotion and found three subjects holding a fourth down.

The fourth subject was said to have been out of control, threw a butcher knife and a chair at his mother after destroying the house.

Emilio A. Olivos, 19 of Sedalia, was arrested and transported to the BRHC Emergency Room to be deemed fit for confinement.

Olivos was then transported to the Pettis County Jail, where he was placed on a 24-hour hold for 2nd degree Domestic Assault.
