Sedalia Parks Youth Basketball Tournament Set for November

Got a youngster that likes to play basketball with their friends? Sedalia Parks & Rec is holding their 2019 Holiday Hoopla 3v3 basketball tournament on Friday November 15. The tournament is geared for kids in fifth and sixth grades and teams can have a maximum of five players on each team.

Medals will be awarded to the top three teams in each division. Cost is $60 per team, and teams must be registered by November 8. Parents can register their child's team here or by calling Sedalia Parks & Rec at 660-826-4930. This tournament is open to both boys and girls.

In addition to the Holiday Hoopla 3v3 basketball tournament Sedalia Parks & Rec has a couple of other fun events coming up to help celebrate the holidays. Kids ages 7 -12 can participate in the Flashlight Candy Cane Hunt at Liberty Park on Wednesday December 11 at 5:30PM CST. Cost is $8.00 per child. More information on this is available here.

There's also a new event this year called Pizza and PJ's with Santa on Friday Night December 13. Cost is $5 per person. You'll get to enjoy dinner with Santa and his family and show off your holiday pajamas! More information on this event can be found here.
