Thursday night, a car was stopped in the area of East 18th Street and South Lamine Avenue for not having a front license plate, an expired rear license plate, and no license plate light. The investigation revealed a small amount of marijuana from the car. It was seized for destruction. The driver, who was not named in the report, was cited for Driving Without A License and No Proof of Insurance.


 

Early Thursday morning, Officers observed an SUV turn from northbound Moniteau Avenue onto westbound Broadway Boulevard, pulling into the inside lane. It slowly drifted from the inside lane to the outside lane, failing to signal. It drove down the dashed white line for around half a block before drifting into the lane. Officers initiated a traffic stop on the SUV at South Sneed Avenue and West Broadway Boulevard. Officers made contact with the driver. A DOR check revealed she was a revoked driver out of Missouri. Nadelene B. Meseky, 25, of Sedalia, was arrested on a state charge of Driving While Revoked and transported to the Pettis County Jail, where she was booked and released.


 

Sedalia Police responded to Baker Legal Services, 309 South Ohio Avenue Thursday evening for a property damage report. When Officers arrived, they met with Deborah D. Choate. Choate stated that she came out of the business and discovered her tire was slashed. After investigation, Officers located a suspect and determined they were known to the victim. Charges are being requested.


 

On the evening of April 15th, Officers were dispatched to the Broadway Car Wash, 2618 East Broadway Boulevard, for a report of property damage. A known suspect did a burn out on the parking lot and left skid marks on the lot. Colton Lowe, the manager, did not want prosecution. Lowe did want the incident to be documented for insurance purposes. Management also wanted the driver permanently trespassed from the property. Officers have not been able to contact the driver at this time to issue the warning.


 

Thursday afternoon, Officers responded to the Menards store, 4400 Wisconsin Avenue, for a report of theft. Upon arrival, Officers spoke with Charles Dickson. Dickson stated that he went inside the business and left the windows down on his vehicle for his dog. While inside, someone got into his vehicle and took a duffel bag.


 

Sedalia Police responded to the Bothwell Regional Health center Thursday morning in reference to a possible domestic assault. It was determined that the assault occurred in the 2600 block of West Broadway Boulevard the previous evening. Officers located the suspect in the parking lot of the hospital. Koehn Leath Isenberg, 28, Homeless, was arrested for felony Domestic Assault in the Third Degree. Isenberg was transported to the Pettis County Jail, where he was placed on a 24 hour hold pending state charges.


 

Officers responded to the Boost Mobile store, 1400 South Limit Avenue Thursday afternoon for a theft report. When Officers arrived, they spoke with Katie Croswhite, a store employee. Croswhite stated someone stole an I-Phone valued at $729.99 from the business. At the time of the report, a suspect has not been located.


 

On the morning of April 20th, Officers responded to the Park Avenue Salon, 1111 West 10th Street, for a report of a burglary. On arrival, Officers made contact with Jennifer Ramey. Ramey stated that the door had been kicked in, and the cash register was stolen overnight. At the time of the report, the suspect has not been located.


 

Wednesday morning, Officers responded to the Hair Clinic, 1712 West 9th Street for a burglary report. On arrival, Officers spoke with Cynthia Hodge, the business owner. Hodge reported that a window to the business was broken over night and the business was entered. A small amount of money and two cases of Mountain Dew were reported missing. At the time of the report, the suspects have not been located.


 

Sedalia Police responded to the 500 block of South State Fair Boulevard Wednesday morning in reference to a theft from a motor vehicle. Katy Dominguez stated approximately $252 worth of items were stolen from the vehicle. Officers were later able to recover some of the stolen items. No suspects have been identified at this time.


 

Thursday morning, Officers spoke with Alexandria S. Collins in reference to a theft. Collins stated that her wallet was stolen from her unlocked vehicle while it was parked in the 500 block of East Chestnut Street.
