On Dec. 28 (Tuesday night), the Pettis County Sheriff's Office received information regarding a subject with several outstanding warrants for their arrest in the 1900 block of South Lamine Avenue.

Pettis County Deputies and the K9 Unit responded to the address and spoke with several subjects outside the residence. While speaking with the homeowner, she gave consent to search the residence. During the search, they located a male subject who was identified as Adrien Crutchfield, who was taking a shower.

As Deputies were speaking with Crutchfield, they heard someone walking in the attic. A short time later, with the assistance of the Sedalia Police Department, Pettis County Deputies arrested Charity Shyane Marie Card on outstanding warrants.

The warrants included a Failure to Appear warrant on original charges of felony Stealing, with a $15,000 cash or surety bond, a Failure to Appear warrant on Possession of Marijuana, Driving While Suspended, Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Maintaining Financial Responsibility, and Displaying the License Plates of Another Person, with a cash or surety bond of $10,000, and a Failure to Appear warrant for Forgery with a cash or surety bond of $25,000.

Card also had warrants from the Office of Probation and Parole for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
