Further information was obtained at the scene that the suspect vehicle had been in a motor vehicle accident involving another vehicle on West 16th Street.

The SUV had collided into the rear of a westbound truck on West 16th, and then fled the scene about a minute prior to being involved in a single vehicle rollover accident on Thompson Boulevard.
