I gotta admit, I'm pretty much living under a rock for someone who works in media. Maybe I just keep thinking things have stayed the same over the years in Sedalia. Well, time and again I am proven wrong. I was doing some random clicking on the interwebzz and discovered that Sedalians are definitely enterprising folks - there are several dozen properties that are available to rent on AirBNB!

I figured someone would pounce on the opportunity to do AirBNB here at some point, what with the big events like the State Fair, Scott Joplin Festival, or Tough Mudder in our town. Looking at this one, it's just amazing! Here's what the homeowner says about it:

We have recently renovated the main floor of our home. You will have access to one of two remodeled bedrooms with private and secured entrance from the shared, large living room and your own private outside entrance. You will also have access to a shared kitchenette and bathroom. We are in Windsor, MO and are conveniently located to several downtown eating establishments. We are a short two blocks from the Katy Trail and Rock Island Spur equestrian and biking/hiking trails. We offer two rooms on the main floor of our home. We live on the second floor. You have access to visit in the large living/dining area or each room has it's own seating. You will have a key to the doors to your room. You have an outside entrance and an entrance into the living room. The bathroom is just off of the living area, just like in most homes.
