Stepmom Who Went Topless May Have to Register As Sex Offender

Can we all get over the boobs allready? Or is the Utah prosecutor pursuing a case against a Utah woman whose stepkids saw her topless in their own home, which might make her have to register as a sex offender, the biggest boob of them all?

KCTV is reporting that Tilli Buchanan has been charged with three counts of misdemeanor lewdness involving a child after her stepchildren, ages nine through thirteen, walked into the garage where Buchanan and her husband had taken their shirts off "to not get them dusty" and saw her breasts.

The charges were filed after the children's mother reported it to authorities becasue she was alarmed. Could it be that she's the biggest boob? Or maybe she's just trying to make life difficult for her ex? Who knows.

What I do know, barring any information being left out of the KCTV story, is that making this woman register as a sex offender is just plain stupid. Perhaps going topless while rooting around the garage for something with your husband is excentric. Yet, your kids seeing your breasts shouldn't be a sex crime. Let's leave the registry for those in society we truly need to be warned about.
