Sedalia School District 200's Free Physical Night is back after a one-year hiatus.

Mizzou Director of Athletics Jim Sterk sent a letter to fans updating them on the 2020 Football season and other fall sports.

If you've got a fourth, fifth or sixth grader that likes to set, spike and hit you might consider signing them up for Warrensburg Parks & Rec Co-ed Youth Volleyball.

The MIAA announced changes for the conference's 2020-2021 schedule. And the UCM Athletic Department announced the 2020 Mules Football Schedule.

For the first time in at least 13 years, there will be an increase in admission prices at Smith-Cotton athletic events. Admission at football games will be $5 for adults, $3 for visiting students and $2 for Sedalia School District 200 students.

Last Monday night (Jan. 28), I attended the Smith-Cotton School Board meeting where they announced fall sports postseason honors and academic awards.  I know you always hear about football and basketball, but here are some things you may not know about Smith Cotton student athletes.
