Divorces are never pleasant, especially when you have to wrangle over who gets the money, the car, the house and ... that wad of Bob Dylan's hair. No, seriously. That's something Black Keys frontman Dan Auerbach and his ex-wife recently fought over in court.
The Black Keys and the Flaming Lips will join forces for a brief but all-powerful spate of dates this spring. Both bands are already touring separately, and their paths will converge on April 28 and remain as such through May 3. It's not enough to label it an actual "tour," but that's semantics. All that matters is that they will grace the same stages.
The Rolling Stones are amping up their upcoming pay-per-view special, which is set to air live from their Dec. 15 show at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J. The band has added the Black Keys to an impressive, diverse A-list lineup of guests who will join them onstage for the final show of their 50 & Counting anniversary trek.
Their last studio album, 'El Camino,' is less than a year old, and they've been on the road more or less constantly since it came out, but the Black Keys don't sound like they're in any hurry to take time off.
