Applications for Community Santa are due by Saturday, Dec. 2.

The Sedalia Police Department is cancelling "Shop With A Cop" this year over COVID concerns.

The Sedalia Salvation Army has added a weekend day for people to sign up for Christmas baskets. That date is Saturday November 23 from 2:00PM - 5:00PM CST.

The Pettis County Community Santa is gearing up to bring families in Pettis County joy this holiday season.

Community Santa served over 1,800 last year, with 1,248 of those being children.

The Community Santa Campaign is accepting applications until December 2nd.

Due to weather concerns in December, the 'Deck the Gym' event at Smith-Cotton High School had to be postponed. The new date for the fundraiser is set for this Saturday!

Pettis County Community Santa's 2016 campaign has been going very well, according to Carol McMillan.

You might not realize this, but Boyfriendo and The Girls are very competitive.  Which kind of makes it a little strange that I'm not.  They love to play games together.

Since the first Monday in November, Community Santa, located in the State Fair Shopping Center in Sedalia, has been taking applications and donations.
