The Sedalia Area Habitat for Humanity is now accepting applications for the selection process of a new Habitat for Humanity home

Boys & Girls Clubs of West Central Missouri will host a drop-in day for Sedalia Sites only on Friday, Oct. 30.

Johnson County PACK (Partnering Among Communities for Kids) is having their back to school school supplies event on Saturday July 20.

The school year may be winding down, but Boys & Girls Clubs of West Central Missouri is gearing up for Summer Program, a 10-week long learning program designed to keep children’s minds active and busy.

Hundreds of kids and their parents converged on the Sedalia Youth Football Fields on the Smith-Cotton High School Campus Saturday at 11 a.m. for the annual First Baptist Church of Sedalia Easter Egg Hunt. This morning I got to talk a little bit about a great project that's going to be coming to our area this summer.  I'm sure most people are familiar with Habitat for Humanity - they're a group that builds homes for families and individuals who are in extreme need.  With Sedalia's generous spirit, I'm sure that all of you will be interested in what they're doing.
