Tomorrow is the Western Missouri Medical Center Auxiliary's largest fundraiser.

The University of Central Missouri’s annual President’s Lawn Concert is scheduled for Monday, July 29 in Warrensburg.

The Bothwell Regional Health Center Auxiliary will hold an ice cream social fundraiser on June 8 in the hospital cafe.

Who doesn't love ice cream? Other than the lactose intolerant and maybe communists, nobody!  And is there a human being that doesn't love a good chili dog?  Well, except for vegans.  And again.... those dirty commies probably don't like them, either.

Folks, ice cream socials are a great way to get people together for the summer.  The Bothwell Auxillary hosts one every year, and several churches also put events together.  In fact, it's just as common as Vacation Bible Schools!  So I thought I'd tell you about a couple of new ones that are coming up soon, so you can get your sweet tooth ready.
