It being Monday, you're probably in a gross mood. It happens. Well, I'm trying to find a solution and be proactive. Doctors at Harvard have figured out the best foods to instantly improve your mood. It's because they trigger the right chemicals in your brain. So maybe I need to reassess how I'm looking at snacking, or something.
