The UCM Mules Are Undefeated and Ranked

The UCM Mules are giving their fans a lot to cheer about this season. The team is 4-0 on the season and rising in the American Football Coaches Top-25 poll. This week finds the Mules ranked at 17 in the poll.

The Mules rushed for 314 yards and six touchdowns Saturday as the team dominated Washburn and won 55-27. Devante Turner scored four of the touchdowns, while Koby Wilkerson scored twice. The Mules defense was just as effective forcing two turnovers and bringing down Wasburn's quarterback seven times.

The Mules are on the road this week. They'll be taking on Missouri Southern Saturday at 2PM CDT. The Mules next play at Walton Stadium / Kennedy Field vs. Central Oklahoma at 1:30PM CDT on Saturday October 5. Homecoming weekend for the University of Central Missouri. Neither Central Oklahoma or Missouri Southern is ranked in the AFCA Top 25 coaches poll.
