Three people have been arrested as a result of a drug investigation by the Pettis County Sheriff's Office and Mid-Missouri Drug Task Force.

A traffic stop northwest of Green Ridge around 7 a.m. on August 14 led to the arrest of  25-year-old Deseree Mosher of Kansas City for possession of more than 170 grams of methamphetamine. The Pettis County Sheriff's Office says a search warrant was later executed at the nearby residence of 28-year-old Dustin Keller on Highway AA. Additional methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were reportedly located during the search. Keller and 34-year-old Rose Hesse of Windsor were arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail. Two additional male subjects were detained and later released.

Mosher was charged in Pettis County with crimes including drug trafficking, possession of a controlled substance, identity theft or attempted identity theft, failure to register a motor vehicle and multiple traffic offenses.

Keller was charged on August 15 with first degree drug trafficking or attempted drug trafficking, while Hese is being held pending the filing of formal charges.

Pettis County Sheriff Kevin Bond says the investigation was assisted by the cooperation of the community and concerned citizens, and that the case is still active, with additional arrests and charges pending.
