Three Injured in Pettis County Accident

Three people were injured January 7 in an accident on US 65 at Radio Hill Rd. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee pulled into the path of a 1996 Buick Skylark around 6:45 a.m. The driver of the Jeep, 25-year-old Monica Loredo of Olathe, KS, suffered moderate injuries and was treated at Bothwell Regional Health Center. The driver and a passenger in the Buick, 43-year-old Michael Hanlon and 26-year-old Melanie Schmolzi, both of Sedalia, suffered moderate to serious injuries and were taken to University Hospital for treatment.
