Three people from Macks Creek were injured in a rear-end collision that occurred Wednesday in Camden County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a westbound 2004 Mustang, driven by a 16-year-old female from Macks Creek, was on US 54 at Charger Drive around 5:20 p.m., when it slowed to make a right turn and was struck from behind by a westbound 2005 Honda CRV, driven by 20-year-old Alexia B. Mayer of Macks Creek.

Injured were the juvenile and her passengers, 39-year-old Michelle D. Donathan and 44-year-old Russell P. Swenson of Macks Creek. All three were taken to Lake Regional Hospital.

The Mustang had moderate damage, while the Honda had extensive damage.
