The Missouri Department of Transportation plans to activate the temporary traffic signal at Route 65 and Routes H and HH tomorrow, May 20.

In April MoDOT installed temporary traffic signals at Route 65 and Rebar, near Nucor Steel. MoDOT installed these temporary to accommodate traffic until a permanent solution is created.

All work is weather dependent.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
